Is It Unethical To Charge High Prices When The Cost Of Making A Product Is Significantly Less Than The Retail Price?

Only if it is in a time where people need it due to some kind of emergency. Like lets say for example a massive tornado ripped through town and you were the only supplier of lumber and you jacked up your prices. That would be unethical. However if you just want to charge high prices, just because, well than I don't see any problem with that.
