In business cycle after recession, Recovery phase comes and in this phase the business start getting its position instead of getting more worse. If in recession further investment is not made then business can go for liquidation but if Productive capital investment is made in recession then Recovery phase in business cycle comes. If the company makes good decisions in this phase then business start establishing again.
