It is probably easier than you think to write a report on a training seminar that you have attended. There are certain things that you are going to have to ensure you include such as the work you have done, how successful it was and what observations you made whilst you were doing the work. It is a good idea for you to set up the report like this:

• Firstly, write about the work that you have to achieve and what the target was.
You should use formal language that is concise and straight to the point. There is no need to include unnecessary information, keeping things simple and short is what is going to make your report successful.

• Secondly, you should write about what you planned to do to achieve the results. Quickly describing what you had planned is going to save you time from going into too much description and writing something that doesn't need to be included within the report.

• Thirdly, you should write about exactly what you did and if you had to adjust any of the initial plans and ideas that you had for the activity.

• Finally, include any observations you made during the process and what the outcome was. This is will ensure that your report is written as correctly as possible.

As long as you make sure that you have written about what you had to do, what you planned to do, what you did and what the outcome was, you can't go wrong when it comes to writing a successful report.
