Dependent decisions are those decisions that with the help of past made decisions are prepared. These decisions have link with previously solved problem issue and with the help of solved problem decision can be made. Repetitive decisions can be used as dependent source for decision making.

Independent decisions are those decisions that are made without any past or previously solved problems decisions are solely new of its kind.  Individual person from high management is responsible in making independent decisions and such decisions are made in a way that it will not affect the other decisions of the organization.

Wow sound a little like questions from your physic test. Well I would say that a dependent decision would be a decision made from a group of people, like a jury which being a group of people depending on each others decision to come to the same decision as a whole.A indecent decision being concluded by ones self, like say a judge of a court.
