A storekeeper need to have a Receiving Report, Purchase Requisition, Inter transfer form and Requisition form.

Receiving reports - is a record of item deliveries received for the day, week or month.

Purchase Requisition - is a list of items for replenishment or list of items for purchase.

Inter- transfer forms - a list of items transferred to other storeroom, offices or branch not considered as sale by the store room.

Requisition Forms - is a list of items requested for release by the storeroom and recorded considered as sale by by storekeeper.

These forms are not the same as the actual report of the store keeper for the day, week, or month depending on the frequency of the actual inventory required by the company.
