Hello, the qualities of a good purchaser are important , so I think he/ she should buy the cheaper merchandises in order to sell them easier, and get the big profits from them ,but another way of buying is : Get what he/she can sell and having the good quality which is the main reason , as people need good qualities goods and cheap too. So it's not easy to be a good qualities of a purchaser.
