No. A requirement at my bank is to have a minimum of 2 online banking transactions a month to avoid maintenance fees, on a checking account. For a savings account, a minimum balance is required to avoid maintenance fees.

No. We have accounts in several banks. Some require direct deposit, and one requires we keep a minimum balance of $300.

No I don't. I bank at a small local bank that treats me very well. No check charges or ATM charges.

Nope, my bank waives all fees for my checking account and credit card as long as there are current transactions or a direct deposit set up. My wife's Chase card has an annual fee but we've earned so many rewards through it that it covers the fee 3x over.

No, everything is free to 55+ and everyone knows my name 🏦. They gave me a small line of credit, more than I need 🏧.
