This is your ideal, and possibly only, opportunity to sell yourself and prove that you have what it takes to get the job.
Therefore, think of everything! List all qualifications, experience, scenarios etc. That may be relevant and, to be honest, even add a few that may not be too relevant, the more the better in this situation.
You are probably going up against many equally qualified candidates, and they too will be giving their all to this section. You need to have that 'edge', so anything that you can add to make yourself stand out will be the key.
Also, I know this is a little 'naughty' but it is a good idea to 'enhance' the truth. Don't lie as such, but there is no harm in making yourself sound just that bit better than you maybe are (and hopefully better than the majority of the other candidates) by putting some extra emphasis on a particular skill set or experience that you can bring to the role.
