Unfortunately, you won't be able to get a loan on your Direct Express card for several reasons:
- You need to be in employment to take out a loan, and I take it from the fact that you have this card that you are on benefits right now.
- You do need a bank account as most payday loan companies ask for a post dated check when you take out a loan, and the bank account is also needed to receive the cash. There are two lenders who will pay onto a prepaid card, but you would still need an income unfortunately.
- The only cash that can be added to the Direct Express card is the government payments that you receive. You can not add your own cash.
Is there maybe a family member who would be able to help? It's always a better idea to go for that method because loan companies don't care about people and love to add on interest which can get out of control for anyone really quickly.
