How do check my MCB account?

The MCB is the fourth largest bank in Pakistan. There are a number of ways you can check your MCB account balance:

• You could wait until the bank sends you a statement through the mail, although this practice is less common now, and some banks have done away with automated statements altogether.

• Another option is to telephone the bank's customer services department. The general customer service number for the MCB, if you are calling within Pakistan, is 111-000-622. The assistant will ask several questions to prove your identification, so keep handy your bank account number and your bank card number. 
  

To use the bank's website to check your account's balance, you will need to have registered first. If you haven't done this before, the website will take you through the process step-by-step. You will need a special password to use the site again, so make sure you can remember it, or note it down and keep it in a safe place.
