You can charge whatever you want, as long as it matches your skill set. If you are among the best and have years of experience you can charge top dollar.
I don't know what the exact rates are, but I would find out what others in the field are charging and align your rates based on your level of expertise. Don't overcharge too much though because most entrepreneurs are trying to save money.
