To use the bank's website to check, for example, your account's balance, you will need to have registered with the website. If you
haven't registered, the website itself will guide you through the process.
The website will ask you a series of questions, some of which will be related to security; this is to prevent others from accessing your bank account details by pretending to be you having forgotten the agreed password.
Do Not Tell ANYBODY Your Password Details
Remember, you will be need to create a special password to let you use the website in future, so either commit it to memory or note it down and keep it in a safe place. Once this is done, you
