I want to know anyone can come along and ask for a share of what a person gets in a heritage before they even started living together?

I learned long ago that it never hurt anyone to want but to get it is another thing. I don't see anyway this person can lay a legal claim to inherited property without being related somehow to  the heir or the donor so I wouldnt worry about it as it isn't going to happen
