What are the different types of training imported to the works? Explain them briefly.

There are basically two type of trainings at a work place: One is termed as informal traning and the other is known as formal training. In informal type of training method the focus is basically on learning by taking initiative, it could be a learning from peers or groups or may include self learning. Whereas a formal training is given in proper control and guidance of an instructor or a trainer. Also e-Learning that is encouraged by the organization comes in formal kind of training. The most appreciated training in a multi tasking, multi cultured and decentralized organizations in today's world is informal training as it gives a person to learn from the peers and their own groups.
