Project-wide performance appraisals are confined to the very project, the scope of such appraisals usually is different from objective-orientation appraisals e.g. They include if the project is on schedule.

While in objective-orientation, the gist of the appraisal is if the activity in question conforms to the objective resolution of the conpany or the country. The objective-resolution for a country would be the constitution while for a company would be its articles of association.

Both are fact-finding missions!
