First of all where are you from and if you are from ohio you have to file first then they give you a date that you call in your weeks and also you can do it on the internet but you have to file first because they give you a pin # when you get that your good to go either on the internet or phone go to unemployment.ohio.gov if your from ohio the automated telephone systems # is 1-877-644-6562

If your phone does not work, then go to a neighbor or payphone.  If you don't call it in, then you don't get paid and as far as I know, you can't do it online.

Please advise me the fastest way  possible to get my unemployment benefits, I have already sent in initial paperwork but did not understand how to file claims per week, I have been laid off since February 17 and have not received anything from the government, how can I resolve this problem ?

You have to go to your states UI web site to file online . The site will explain how to file a weekly claim or any other info you seek.

I have done this many times but it seems I cannot get the right connection to file the bi weekly. Please direct me.ok thanks

Type this in your address bar. Www.state, (your state initials).us. In there you should be able to click on the link in there for the unemployment. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
