As organizational structure is the hierarchical concept of subordination and collaboration in an entity which can make the employees to achieve common aim. Organizational structure of an entity can increase the competitiveness of a firm because it can directly impact the productivity and efficiency of the employees. It can result the employees' involvement and participation in the company. The flatter the organizational structure, the more is the decentralization and increase in the employee participation. Therefore, employees of an organization which has flatter organizational structure are more ambitious to achieve organizational goals as compare to the employees of a bureaucratic or tall organization. As the major asset for any organization is it's human resource therefore, organizational structure makes a difference.
