There are series of things that should be kept in mind like, Designing office in such a way that It freshens minds of people and promote environment that is important for good ideas, It should be remembered that same kind of office is not suitable of different kinds of Jobs. Google's Office is the best example I could come up with. Great care should be taken to set up proper system to check and resolve office disputes to maintain productivity.

Yes, a business house is a place where you have many different rooms where business activity could be conducted. Conference room, hospitality area, cabins, workplace zones, office products and stationery because of that people will work and improve productivity

I really think that the question answers itself. Whether it's a facility for storage or for production and manufacturing, keeping it in order and with a system that helps things to work in a smooth and organized manner is really going to help your employees do their daily tasks more efficiently. And efficiency is going to help you save money!

Effective maintenance can eliminate some bureau
hazards and help get a job done safely and properly. Poor maintenance can regularly
supply to accidents by hiding hazards that cause injuries.Effective housekeeping is an ongoing operation: It is not a
hit-and-miss cleanup done occasionally. Periodic "panic" cleanups are
costly and ineffective in reducing accidents.
Now DCT Facilities Management takes a big space in UK. It's not just about cost
efficiency or reducing bought-in cost, or outsourcing the operation, it’s about
creating a great team and an operational structure that is fit for purpose now
and flexible for the future.

Housekeeping staff is the hidden heroes of any service-centric organization. They are the one who keeps your place neat and shiny. They ensure that every amenity in your place is working as it was intended to. Nobody likes to enter a mall or a cineplex which stinks of food or dampness. People don’t like being greeted with litter and dirt. They really hate dark areas and dingy lighting. To top it all the biggest turn off for people walking into your place can be stinking and dirty toilets. It’s the housekeeping staff which really takes care of such things which you take for granted.

The above mentioned are more of static duties of the housekeeping staff. There is more to it than it meets the eye. What about little kids throwing up on your carpets. What about lactating mothers needing help with the nursing areas. That’s where our hidden heroes add the real value. Imagine a little 2-year old throwing up in the restaurant. We know the parents are embarrassed but they are the customers who are paying us right? The reaction of the housekeeping staff at that moment of time can give you a lifelong customer. Rather than making faces if a housekeeping staff member promptly addresses the problem with a smile will that customer ever step into someplace else. No, he will not. In fact, he would be more than glad that he visited your place for sure. He would even go ahead and spread the word about the great housekeeping services that you provided him with in turn bringing in more customers.
