An informal organization would be an enterprise that is formed, such as a partnership, without any written agreements between the parties and no formal plan of operation which is written. Another informal organization would be a sole-proprietorship and which has no organization plan of operational plan. With a formal organization such as a Corporation, Limited Liability Company or formal Partnership (one organized with agreements and perhaps registered with the State Corporation Commission) an informal organization would be important because it would not be bound by codec's and form but instead would be a free form of operation that would allow more experimentation and testing of the unknown without form and the restrictions of rules and structure which for a lot of untested and new area's are undefined and unknown.
