If you are under 16 there are restrictions on the hours you can work especially during the school year, so that may make it harder to get jobs like working in McDonald's etc, as these places have a lot of evening work. You could have a look at this list of Sugar Land jobs but most of the ones I saw were for over 16s. Still, it may give you ideas. After that, as a younger person you may find your best prospect is working privately near your home. I'd suggest looking for odd jobs in your neighbourhood - cleaning cars, getting shopping for older people, maybe babysitting - these jobs are likely to be low paid, probably minimum wage or lower, but if you get a good reputation you can get more.
