I am not from missouri but I am from PA but I thought I would try to help you with an answer. I just went through this I am drawing unemployment and wanted to cash in my 401k but when I called the unemployment office I was told it will be considered income and that it would indeed affect my unemployment. If I had to guess it probably will yours also, but the only way to for you to know for sure would be to call your unemployment office and talk to them.
