Hi
we are building at the moment,we had sighned three contracts, our copy, builders copy and banks copy.we just realised that the builder did not sighn our contract at the back.our contract has agreed specifications in it which we are disputing about. I would like to know if the contract is valid? What can I do?can I stall any payment till they rectify the contract?or even void the contract if we can't resolve this problem with my builder?

If the manager is not the authorized signatory, then the contract is not correct. Even if you don't have the signature of the director, he should have assigned an authorized signatory on company's behalf.
