Worked for pentaflex metal stamping about 10 or 12 years ago and I think paramount was the  invester how can I track down my 401k

Do you know the company you worked for or who the 401k provider is? If so, that's your best bet. If not, you might try doing an asset search with the state where you lived at the time. They might have a record of your abandoned account. Depending on what your balance was, there's a chance that your account was liquidated long ago.
