I want to be a chartered accountant but very one is suggesting me to become an engineering and all are giving reason that it is very difficult to pass CA but still I'm unable to understand...what is difficult in CA??? I have cast my eyes over syllabi of all module but I didn't find anything much difficult....which thing is terrifying people in doing CA???? Should I do CA?

No passing in ca is not much hard because you can easily clear all modules easily if you doit very much efficiently.
